Job Title: EP Lab Manager RN - Electrophysiology Nursing Manager (BSN Required)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Electrophysiology (EP) Lab Manager RN to lead our state-of-the-art cardiac electrophysiology laboratory. This critical leadership role combines clinical expertise with operational management to ensure exceptional patient care and efficient laboratory operations. As the EP Lab Nurse Manager, you will oversee daily operations, lead a dedicated team of nursing and support staff, and drive quality outcomes in our advanced cardiac care facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and supervise all EP Lab nursing and support personnel, ensuring optimal patient flow and quality outcomes

  • Coordinate clinical operations across multiple departments and disciplines within the electrophysiology laboratory

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the EP Lab, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow optimization

  • Conduct comprehensive performance appraisals and establish measurable goals for all team members

  • Lead regular staff meetings and in-service training sessions to address education, department updates, and administrative matters

  • Ensure strict compliance with nursing standards of care, regulatory requirements, and hospital policies

  • Oversee accuracy and completeness of patient records, documentation, and daily charges

  • Participate actively in budget planning, expense management, and inventory control

  • Provide hands-on clinical support and perform nursing duties as needed

  • Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and clinical outcomes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) - Required

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification - Required

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification - Required

  • Acute care experience - Required

  • Previous experience in electrophysiology, cardiac catheterization lab, or interventional cardiology preferred

  • Proven leadership and management experience in a clinical setting

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to lead diverse teams

  • Demonstrated knowledge of cardiac electrophysiology procedures and patient care protocols

  • Proficiency in healthcare information systems and electronic medical records

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive annual salary range: $100,000 - $130,000
