About the Area:
Penn Yan is an incorporated village in Yates County, New York. It is the county seat of Yates County and lies at the north end of the east branch of Keuka Lake, and just west of Seneca Lake. This area is known as the Finger Lakes, also known as wine country.

Qualifications
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
Preferred: BSN, Completed Coronary Care Course.
Currently licensed by NYS as a registered professional nurse.
Current BLS, ACLS, PAL/ENPC and Basic Coronary Care certifications OR obtained within 90 days of hire.
Certification by the Emergency Nurses Association is recommended within 2 years of hire.
TNCC recommended within 2 years of hire.
CPI Training required within 90 days of hire.
One year acute hospital experience as a registered professional nurse. Demonstrates competence in patient assessment, basic interventions, patient safety, and patient relations.
Preferred: Previous ED experience.
