Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 + Bonus + Relocation Assistance

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing operations in West Chester, Ohio. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, implementing Lean strategies, and fostering a positive team environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing leadership, particularly in Block, Wall, or Paver fabrication, and will be poised for growth into a VP position.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Communicate Business Objectives: Align plant operations with company goals and objectives.
Direct Day-to-Day Operations: Ensure optimal performance and efficiency in daily manufacturing activities.
Implement Lean Strategies: Drive continuous improvement through Lean methodologies.
Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Analyze data to identify areas for process improvement.
Lead Strategic Initiatives: Oversee and execute strategic projects to enhance plant performance.
Create a Positive Team Environment: Foster a collaborative and motivated workforce.
Ensure Effective Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels to support production needs.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or a related field.
Experience:
- 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
- 5+ years in Block, Wall, or Paver fabrication experience (experience with Besser, Hess, Columbia, Tiger, Masa, or other block/paver machines is essential).
Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading teams in a self-directed environment.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with INFOR or Syteline is a plus.
