Software Development Manager - fluent in C# / .Net

• Salary in the $200-220,000 range

• The new hire will need to be on-site full time for the first few weeks, then work from home Wednesday and Thursday.

This position involves the following:

• Coach and mentor the team to help them grow their skills, and enhance their knowledge of our systems and their ability to get things done.

• Ability to manage multiple clients and project teams simultaneously in an agile and fast-paced environment

• Oversee business analysis, development work, and quality assurance of projects

• Follow up on projects to ensure their on-time delivery.

Who Will Be a Great Fit?  

• 10+ years of experience including at least 5+ years in project management.

• Fluent in c#, the .Net framework, WinForms, rest APIs, entity framework (or another ORM), and SQL.

• Excellent communication skills working with the other managers and teams both locally and globally.

• Experience working with and supporting development teams, guiding project managers by following best practices

• Keeping up to date on emerging technologies and product development practices

Nice to have:

• Experience with the agile methodology

• Azure development: Service Bus, Graph Api, Authentication
