The EDI Manager is responsible for the support and solving daily electronic data interchange (EDI) related software problems in a well-established Ocean Carrier.  


Who Will Be a Great Fit?  

• 8+ years in supporting various EDI messages like EDIFACT, X12.

• 3+ years Management experience.

• Experience with XML and managing electronic exchange solutions.

• C++, C#, .NET Framework

• SQL Server skills

• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals with problem solving and quantitative analytical skills, strong business process optimization expertise

• Excellent project management skills

• Ability to find out the source of a problem in the production environment and come up with a plan to eliminate the problem.

• Ability to Fix Code or Data for the problem with user’s agreement.

• Ability to prioritize issues raised and resolve it accordingly

• Ability to interact with infrastructure, release management, change management, QA, DBA and application teams

• Ability to coach and mentor employees on a one-on-one basis as well as a group
