We're not a volume contingent labor shop. We don't fill hourly warehouse, entry-level retail, or junior admin roles well — those require a different model. We work best on professional searches: experienced clinical staff, engineers, mid-to-senior operations leaders, specialized manufacturing, and life sciences roles where fit matters more than throughput.

Brian, personally, every time. That's the point of our model. The NPA network amplifies reach — partner firms may surface candidates — but Brian is your single point of contact, owns the intake, makes every screening judgment call, and manages the close. You never get handed off to a junior.

Most recruiting firms offer a binary guarantee: if a hire leaves within 90 days, you get a full replacement or a full refund. We do it differently and more fairly. If your hire leaves (or is terminated for cause) within 100 days, we credit back 1% of the placement fee for every day remaining in the 100-day window. Day 50 departure: 50% credited back. Day 80 departure: 20% credited back. Day 99 departure: 1% credited back. You pay for days worked. We credit back the rest. Exclusions: layoffs, role eliminations, or other employer-initiated separations not tied to candidate fit. The $500 launch fee is separate and not part of the prorated calculation.

The $500 covers initial intake (a structured working session with Brian to scope the role), network activation (posting to the NPA network and starting targeted outbound), and the first two weeks of sourcing work. It's non-refundable because real work is done immediately. If you hire through us, the $500 is credited against your 15% placement fee — so a $100k hire would be $15,000 total, with $500 already paid, leaving $14,500 due on start date.
