Infrastructure Support Engineer

Tuesday - Friday 9:00AM-6:00PM and Saturday 12:00PM-9:00PM
 

This position involves the following:

  • End users will receive prompt technical support on a range of software/hardware problems. 

  • You will be responsible for problem identification, troubleshooting, and final resolution of technical issues.

  • Other responsibilities include the support of Windows Servers in both physical on-premise data centers and in Azure, maintenance and management of Active Directory user accounts including application and maintenance security rights. 

  • This position includes basic network administration, equipment configuration, troubleshooting and technical support.

  • This job can also involve maintaining the currency of department manuals. Editing existing procedures will be required as well as writing new troubleshooting procedures.


Who Will Be a Great Fit?  

  • The most critical skills are backend server support, active directory, dhcp, dns, powershell.

  • Basic network administration and a background in networking, including TCP/IP and HTTP.

  • Experience with Windows 10, Microsoft Office Suite and Active Directory is highly desired.

  • Strong hardware skills are required for a variety of operating systems and hardware.

  • Experience with SNOW and Citrix, PowerShell, Microsoft Azure, and Citrix is a plus.
