Who Will Be a Great Fit?  

Our client is looking for a Scientific Programmer / Software Developer with a physical sciences background. Successful candidates will be exposed to Intelligence Research and Production; Data Sharing, Application Development, and Web Development; as well as Planning & Direction, Collection, Processing & Exploitation, Analysis & Production (PCPAD) Development and Sustainment. The position will develop code, perform technology insertion, create web services and associated front-ends, address applicable database dependencies, and document all aspects of the development.

The position will include a wide range of software development using C, C++, CSS, MatLab, JAVA, Python, and HTML. Development is within a LINUX environment. Experience working with large data volumes, Ozone Widget Framework, OGC standard services, ICITE compliant servers, Hadoop and Accumulo is a plus. Additional related areas of interest include work in such areas as image processing, application software development and sustainment of legacy real-time software. This includes software requirements analysis, design, code and unit testing, integration, and verification.
