Lead Support Analyst - eCommerce

The Opportunity

This person will manage and expedite day to day functions for all ecommerce related functional services. This will include monitoring, analyzing, reporting and resolving technical issues that impacts the availability and performance of all ecommerce Systems.  This role represents all level 1 & 2 support teams and will partner with IT engineering and applications teams to perform rapid restoration of critical services.  Will follow up with root cause analysis, recurring issues and performance trending.  Will oversee current and future ecommerce systems including data management systems,  payment processing, front end web store functionality (application and web servers), middleware services, back-end application performance and integration, site content, web defects, customer experiences, order fulfillment and network/telecommunication systems. 


Who Will Be a Great Fit?  

  • 5+  years experience with Gomez, AppDynamices and Keynote. 
  • Experience with WebSphere Commerce and Apache Service Mix.
  • Knowledge of IBM DB2 and Oracle ATG is preferred. 
  • Network support and Engineering.
