TIER II · THE HIRING TOOLKIT

Brian's own recruiting tools. Installed in your ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.

Five custom AI tools Brian built for his own recruiting desk — now installed as GPTs, Projects, or Gems directly inside your existing AI account. You keep the tools. You keep your data. No SaaS, no logins, no monthly fees from us.

Brian Hughes, "These aren't theoretical tools I put together to sell. They're the same five I use every day on my own recruiting desk. If they stop working for me, they come off the list."

No new app. No new login. No bots.

You already use ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini. Brian installs five custom tools directly into the AI account you already have.

If you use ChatGPT

Custom GPTs

Brian installs the five tools as Custom GPTs inside your ChatGPT Plus account. They show up in your sidebar like any other GPT you'd build or browse.

If you use Claude

Claude Projects

Brian installs the tools as Claude Projects with custom system prompts and supporting docs. You open the Project whenever you need that tool — Claude remembers the context.

If you use Gemini

Custom Gems

Brian installs the tools as Gems inside your Gemini Advanced account. Pick the Gem you need, run your task, get output. Works the same way as ChatGPT GPTs.

The five tools

Everything I use, every day, on my own desk.

Tool 01

Job Ad Alchemist

Takes your bullet-point job description and rewrites it as a job ad that actually attracts the candidates you want. Honest about the role, specific about the market, tuned to the industry and level you're hiring for.

You'd use it when

"I've got a req to post and I don't want another generic bullet-point job ad that nobody reads."

Tool 02

Resume Match Analyzer

Paste a job description and a resume. Get back a clear fit analysis — where the candidate's experience maps to the role, where the gaps are, what to ask in the screen. Built to save the hour you'd otherwise spend reading and guessing.

You'd use it when

"I'm looking at 40 resumes and I need to know which five to actually call."

Tool 03

Interview Question Builder

Generates a full interview guide for any role — behavioral questions, technical probes, culture-fit screens, and scoring rubrics. Tailored to the specific job description and seniority level, not a generic template.

You'd use it when

"We've got a panel interview Tuesday and I need real questions, not another 'tell me about yourself.'"

Tool 04

Candidate Outreach Emails

Writes personalized outreach messages for passive candidates — LinkedIn InMails, cold emails, follow-ups. Draws on the candidate's actual background instead of sending the same template to 200 people and hoping someone replies.

You'd use it when

"The best candidates aren't applying. I need to reach out and I need them to actually respond."

Tool 05

Reference Check Emailer

Drafts reference check emails, structures the questions you should ask, and summarizes the answers into something you can actually use. Turns a task most people dread into a twenty-minute job.

You'd use it when

"I've got a finalist and three references to call — but I can't afford to skip this step or half-ass it."

  • Five custom AI tools — Brian's actual recruiting tools, the same ones he uses every day on his own desk. Depending on which AI platform you use, they get installed as Custom GPTs (ChatGPT), Projects (Claude), or Gems (Gemini). They live inside your AI account and show up in your sidebar alongside anything else you use.

  • Yes. The toolkit needs a paid plan from one of the three providers — ChatGPT Plus, Claude Pro, or Gemini Advanced. Each runs about $20/month and you pay that directly to OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google, not to us. If you don't have one yet, Brian will walk you through the signup on the scheduling call before your install.

Why this way? Because the tools run inside your account, your data never touches our servers. You keep the subscription, you keep the data, you keep the tools.

  • Inside your AI account. Always. When you paste a job description or a resume into one of the tools, that content is processed by OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google under whatever terms you agreed to when you signed up for them — not routed through our systems. We don't see your data, store your data, or have any access to it.

If your company has specific compliance requirements around AI data handling, you should review the terms of whichever AI provider you pick. All three have enterprise options with stronger data controls if you need them.

  • Honestly? Not really. The tools are built with careful prompts and supporting docs that took real time to get right. You're welcome to tinker, but if you change something fundamental, the tool might not perform the way it was designed to.

What we offer instead: as your searches evolve, email Brian and he'll update the tools for you. That's included in the install. If you need a sixth tool or a major rebuild, we'll talk — but the five you paid for get ongoing tune-ups at no extra charge.

  • The tools stay in your AI account. Forever. You keep using them as long as your ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini subscription stays active. There's no kill switch, no time bomb, no ongoing dependency. We'd rather you stay in touch because the tools keep getting better — but you're not trapped.

  • Honest answer: all three work. Brian's personal daily driver is Claude because of how well Projects handle long documents and nuanced reasoning. ChatGPT is the most widely adopted, so if your team already uses it, stick with it. Gemini works well if you're already in the Google Workspace ecosystem.

If you're truly starting from scratch, Brian will give you his recommendation on the scheduling call based on how your team works.

  • The toolkit doesn't replace your ATS — it runs alongside it. You copy content from your ATS (like a JD), paste it into the relevant tool, get the output, and put it back where it belongs (the job board, a candidate email, an interview guide, wherever). No integration required because the tools are designed to work with any ATS.

  • If you all use the same platform (say, ChatGPT Team or Claude for Work), the tools can be installed once at the workspace level and everyone on the team uses them. If you've got people on different platforms, each person needs the install on their own account. We'll figure this out on the scheduling call.

  • That's Tier III — our done-for-you network-powered search. Brian runs the entire search, pulls from the NPAworldwide network, and delivers qualified candidates. $500 engagement fee plus 15% of the hire's first-year comp. If you're hiring for something critical or hard, that's usually the right call.

If you're not sure which tier fits, the Free Fit Call is the right starting point — we'll talk through the role and recommend honestly. A lot of clients start with the toolkit for day-to-day hiring and bring us in for the harder, more specialized searches.

  • The closest thing is the free Fit Call — 20 minutes where Brian can show you one of the tools working on one of your actual roles. If you like what you see, you book the install. If not, no hard feelings.
