Job Summary: We are actively seeking skilled and compassionate Physical Therapists to join our expanding team. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the clinical quality, integrity, and financial viability of our rehabilitation programs. This role involves planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring the appropriate provision of clinical services, documentation, billing, and customer relations within a designated geography.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate patient conditions and develop individual treatment plans.
Implement comprehensive patient care programs.
Document patient care and progress.
Engage in continuous learning and professional development.
Participate in the growth and development of our services and outreach.
Ensure compliance with the state practice act and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current license as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.
Clinical competency per state and professional standards.
Current, or eligible for, CPR certification (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
New Physical Therapist graduates are welcome.
