About the Company

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Engineer to lead and oversee capital projects, focusing on new processes, equipment installation, and continuous improvement in packaging and manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management: Oversee capital projects from initiation to delivery using established engineering project management processes.
Team Development: Mentor, teach, and develop the engineering team.
Compliance: Adhere to regulations, industry best practices, and company engineering standards.
Project Phases: Ensure successful completion of all project phases including scope, budget, execution, and delivery.
Resource Management: Manage internal and external resources throughout the project lifecycle.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication and relationships with all stakeholders.
Technical Support: Provide technical solutions, design support, and equipment troubleshooting assistance.
Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement continuous improvement projects with necessary justifications and ROI analysis.
Knowledge Transfer: Develop expertise in new systems to train plant engineers and maintenance staff.
Process Implementation: Propose and implement work processes, procedures, and technical resources in line with the Engineering Policy.
Qualifications
Education: BS Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering.
Experience: 10-25 years of project engineering or management experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, preferably in food or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Project Management Skills: Strong experience in capital project management through initiation, planning, and execution. Skilled in DQ, FAT, CQV, ramp-up analysis, and other project management protocols.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and Microsoft Projects. Ability to use CAD for system designs and machine layouts. Competent in reading electrical schematics, P&ID, construction drawings, and other technical documents.
Industry Experience: Preferred experience in beverage, aseptic, and/or food manufacturing environments.
Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial analysis, relevant business KPIs, and CAPEX budgeting and preparation.
