Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Supervision: Oversee the evening shift, ensuring all resident care is consistent with our high standards.
Safety and Security: Maintain a secure environment for residents, staff, families, and volunteers.
Liaison Work: Act as the primary contact for medical Hospice regarding resident care needs.
Staff Supervision: Support, supervise, and evaluate caregivers, providing instruction and mentorship.
Policy Enforcement: Ensure household duties are completed by staff according to established policies.
Compassionate Support: Offer emotional support to residents and families, especially during times of grief.
Quality Assurance: Monitor documentation and ensure staff adherence to communication protocols.
Training and Development: Orient new staff and maintain competencies of existing staff.
Qualifications:
Valid New York State Registered Nurse license.
Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
Strong knowledge of care plans and symptom management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation & Benefits:
Annual Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 (commensurate with experience)
Full-time, Direct Hire Position
Shifts: 8, 9, or 10 hours (4 or 5 nights per week, no weekends)
