Software Engineer/Analyst with TS/SCI Clearance

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst to join our team, focusing on innovative work with the Department of Defense (DOD). This role is essential in providing onsite support in the D.C. area, offering direct assistance to users, and developing efficient workflows for analysts. Salary and Benefits

  • Annual Salary: $100,000 - $120,000

  • Relocation: Relocation assistance provided

Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct desk-side and classroom training for analysts and operators, ensuring proficiency in operational settings.

  • Operate the Help Desk, addressing user requests and collaborating with the Palantir engineering team to resolve issues.

  • Provide crucial feedback on products to the Palantir engineering team to enhance utility and functionality.

  • Support and participate in daily briefings with senior leaders, including occasional Saturday mornings.

  • Respond effectively to Requests for Information (RFIs) from senior leaders, aiding in problem resolution.

  • Identify, develop, and enhance valuable workflows for analysts, understanding their specific needs for product translation.

  • Support the development of geo-spatial tools to bolster insights, informed decision-making, and responses to operational inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in intelligence fusion in support of operations.

  • Technical acumen with proficiency in HTML, Ruby, Python, Java, along with knowledge of hardware, networks, and server administration.

  • Exceptional communication skills with the capability to demystify complex concepts for various audiences.

  • Flexibility to travel domestically up to 25% as required.

  • Independent work ethic with the capacity to function effectively in team settings.

  • Mastery of Excel and demonstrated experience in the DOD environment, including engaging with high-ranking military officials.
