Regional Support Technician - Robotics

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preventive and Emergency Repairs: Conduct both scheduled and urgent repairs on robotic systems to guarantee efficient operation.

  • Technical Support and Training: Serve as a primary technical resource for team members, enhancing their skillsets through comprehensive training.

  • Safety Advocacy: Prioritize safety in every task, promoting a culture of awareness both on-site and within the team.

  • Equipment Management: Oversee the maintenance of equipment and uphold an organized inventory of spare parts.

  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with Regional Sales Managers and foster a positive, cooperative work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience: Associate's Degree (AA) in a relevant field with at least six years of experience in Electrical, Mechanical, or Robotics maintenance and support.

  • Technical Mastery: Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing Electrical, Mechanical, and Robotic systems.

  • Customer Service Excellence: Strong customer interaction skills with an ability to build and maintain positive relationships.

  • Travel Requirement: Openness to 100% regional travel with a valid driver's license and full coverage automobile insurance.
