Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations to understand patients' abilities, limitations, and medical histories.
Design and implement tailor-made treatment plans using evidence-based practices.

Educate and empower patients and their families on managing conditions and preventing future injuries.

Qualifications:

A Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
Current California state license as a Physical Therapist.
Proven experience in diagnosing and treating various conditions with strong clinical skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to connect with patients and teams.
Proficiency in EMR systems and healthcare technologies.
