This position oversees the day-to-day execution of payroll operations and related processes and provides supervision and guidance to the payroll operations staff. Approves and reviews the payrolls for completeness, timeliness, compliance with regulations and company policy, and accuracy of processing. Oversees 8 Payroll Coordinators.


Qualifications or Who Will Be a Great Fit? 

• Large scale Payroll- Minimally 1000 exempt and non-exempt employees

• Managed a team of at least three to four Payroll coordinators/admins

• Expert ADP experience

• Knowledge of multi state processing and garnishments.

• Knowledge of Prevailing Wage - Davis Bacon and Related activity a plus.

• Experience with integrating acquisitions from a payroll process perspective.

• Managing payrolls and pay codes for larger size companies (greater than 4000).

• Strong working knowledge of applicable federal, state and local wage and tax laws and compliance requirements
