 Responsibilities include system and security administration, application development and configuration, application and technical support, upgrades and change implementation. As the Kronos Developer, you will work closely with business process owners to ensure Kronos modules and features function to help the businesses meet their objectives. The role reports to the Sr. Kronos Developer. 

  • Kronos application development and module configuration activities

  • Assistance with report building and special data requests

  • Installation of Kronos hardware, software, and time clocks for both domestic and international locations

  • Perform system security administration

  • Fulfill audit requests

  • Implement system updates and changes as required by users

  • Interact with multiple departments, locations and business process owners to evaluate and determine most efficient use of Kronos system and modules to support business and division objectives

  • Conduct end-user training

  • Engage with business process owners to determine necessary Kronos module implementations

  • Coordinate tasks related to implementation of Kronos system and modules

  • Establish and communicate standards for Kronos projects to the company’s internal user community

  • Perform and document project tasks and planning

  • Recognize system problems, repairing hardware and software as appropriate.

  • Engage with MIS Support staff as appropriate

  • Interface with Kronos Team members, Department Managers,Timekeepers, and Corporate Payroll staff to determine workflow and identify requirements


Who Will Be a Great Fit?  

  • 3+ years development experience with the Kronos application and users

  • Solid understanding of business processes, especially related to use of Kronos

  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills to prepare various analyses and evaluation of Kronos modules and capabilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • SQL knowledge and Windows Server experience 

  • Be able to travel (some International) 20% of the time, supporting upgrades and implementations
