Admission Discharge Nurse (A.D.N.), Resident Care, Interdisciplinary Team Process, Bundled Payments for Care Improvement (BPCI), Documentation, Compliance, Employee Development, Quality Assurance
 

Who Will Be a Great Fit?  

  • New York State Registered Nurse license in good standing.
  • At least one year of recent experience in management in an acute/long-term care facility
  • Understands applicable DOH/Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) rules and regulations
  • Bachelors in Nursing
