Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Management: Oversee and manage a team of 15-20 staff members on a daily basis.

  • Counseling & Social Work: Utilize your extensive experience in counseling or social work to guide and support both staff and clients.

  • Program Management: Implement and manage programs effectively, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

  • Budget Management: Oversee budgetary allocations and ensure financial efficiency.

  • Statistical Analysis: Apply statistical methods to evaluate program effectiveness and outcomes.

 

Qualifications

  • Educational Requirements:

    • A master's degree or higher in counseling or one of the social sciences from an accredited college or university.

    • Must qualify as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) and be licensed in their field.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of five years' experience as a qualified counselor as defined in WAC 388-805, or its successor.

    • At least one year of clinical supervisory experience.

    • Previous documented experience in statistical methods, budget management, personnel supervision, and program management.

  • Licensing:

    • Ability to meet the licensing requirements of a Substance Use Disorder Professional in Washington State (SUDP) consistent with WAC 388-805 and RCW 18.205, preferred.

    • Required to be registered as a Mental Health Professional in the state of WA.
