Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Management: Oversee and manage a team of 15-20 staff members on a daily basis.
Counseling & Social Work: Utilize your extensive experience in counseling or social work to guide and support both staff and clients.
Program Management: Implement and manage programs effectively, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Budget Management: Oversee budgetary allocations and ensure financial efficiency.
Statistical Analysis: Apply statistical methods to evaluate program effectiveness and outcomes.
Qualifications
Educational Requirements:
A master's degree or higher in counseling or one of the social sciences from an accredited college or university.
Must qualify as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) and be licensed in their field.
Experience:
Minimum of five years' experience as a qualified counselor as defined in WAC 388-805, or its successor.
At least one year of clinical supervisory experience.
Previous documented experience in statistical methods, budget management, personnel supervision, and program management.
Licensing:
Ability to meet the licensing requirements of a Substance Use Disorder Professional in Washington State (SUDP) consistent with WAC 388-805 and RCW 18.205, preferred.
Required to be registered as a Mental Health Professional in the state of WA.
