Record Keeping: Diligently maintain patient records, tracking goals, and monitoring progress to ensure optimal outcomes.
In-Home Care Guidance: Educate patients and their families on in-home treatment strategies and exercises.
Quality Standards: Establish and enforce high-quality standards for services, managing related reports and documentation.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Program is essential.
Licensure: Must hold valid in-state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist, with a preference for candidates with home health experience.
