With over 25 years of experience in the staffing industry, he has become a go-to headhunter for companies seeking top-notch hires.
His unique blend of street smarts and tech-savvy enables him to identify potential candidates and evaluate their suitability for any role. And with his extensive network of contacts and resources, he can connect with the brightest people across the country.
Brian entered the employment industry in 1997 and established Great Bay Staffing LLC in 2008, bringing his fresh approach to matching good companies with quality people. His success as a recruiter includes working for prominent national firms and achieving million-dollar sales marks by supplying candidates to Fortune 100 clients.
Brian takes pride in his professional, personal, and relaxed approach, which clients and candidates find refreshing. Many of his new business relationships come from referrals.
Brian graduated from Franklin Pierce College in 1991 with a degree in Business Management. He resides in New Hampshire with his wife and three sons. He is a capable golfer (sometimes), a competent downhill skier, a black belt in Taekwondo, and a self-proclaimed Starbucks junkie.
