Brian has considerable experience as a street-smart headhunter, who utilizes technology to achieve high-quality hires in a timely manner. While leveraging his deep network of contacts and resources across the nation, he is a power user of the telephone, his proprietary database, social media, job board resume databases, and internet search queries to attract top talent for his clients.
Working in the staffing marketplace since 1997, Brian founded Great Bay Staffing LLC in 2008, bringing a fresh approach to the business of matching successful companies with quality people. His success as a technical recruiter includes previously working for large national firms where he achieved million dollar sales marks supplying candidates to Fortune 100 clients. He has always concentrated on serving the IT vertical.
Brian is proud to say that clients and candidates find his professional, personal, and relaxed approach refreshing. Many of his new business relationships are generated from referrals.
Brian graduated from Franklin Pierce College in 1991 with a degree in Business Management and resides in New Hampshire with his wife and three sons. He is a capable golfer (sometimes), a competent downhill skier, a black belt in Taekwondo, and a Starbucks junkie.
