Our client has a newly created opening for a Vice President of Customer E-Care (Infrastructure / Portals) with $1B+ organization positioned for strong growth. The key purpose of the VP role is to lead the strategy behind the development & implementation of advanced infrastructure of CSR Web Portals and Customer ACD/IVR systems. They will also be leading a large team responsible for developing new web pages, middleware, and BSS/OSS along with its integration to the ACD/IVR systems. Will also be responsible for Web Portal support for Customers & CSR and Web Portal content management.
We are seeking someone with 10+ years in "eCare", who has great leadership and management experience and hands on experience in portal development, design and roll-out. We are looking for someone who considers themselves a subject matter expert who can apply extensive experience to help our client provide the best infrastructure possible for their customers. They will be responsible for both the strategic and tactical implementation and will work with a variety of groups internally (infosvcs, billing, engineering, marketing, product, etc). Must be skilled in managing large teams (30-50+) consisting of architects (middleware & data), analysts, developers, managers/directors, engineers, technicians, etc.
- Seeking 10+ years in design & development of web portals for service based industries (banking, utility, telecommunication, etc).
- Must have extensive management & leadership experience and have strengths building a team from scratch.
- Must be strong in eCare & Middleware systems development & integration lifecycle. Expertise in all aspects of ESS, BSS & OSS design, development & deployment is an asset.
