No relocation, must live in Eastern 2/3 of USA near a major airport***
Requirements
* Must have a BS/BA and at least 4 of hands on years experience in designing and implementing the SAP projects.
* Must have at least 4 years experience in managing a team of 10+ full-time employees.
* Must have at least 2 years experience in business case development.
* Must have at least 6 months experience in proposal development of at least 3 proposals with one having a TCV over $1m
* Must have at least 3 years experience in contract management, multiple supplier/company environment, subcontractor experience, and proposal experience.
* Nice to be certified in SAP.
* Nice to have 1+ year of experience in proposal development of at least 3 proposals with one having a TCV over $1m
* Nice to have above average communications skills.
Job Description
* Will develop work plans, manage deadlines and coordinate project team and sub-team activities.
* Will estimate project skill requirements, and then work with resource deployment managers to identify appropriate resources and manage their integration into the team.
* Will define and agree on deliverables and milestones.
* Will be responsible for setting and controlling scope.
* Will communicate status and vision to client management and stakeholders.
* Will be responsible for overall team management, including regular evaluations.
* Will be responsible for project financial management and risk management.
* Will travel Monday - Thursday and work from Home on Friday.
