Our world class client is seeking an individual who will be responsible for the design, configuration, testing and implementation of business requirements within SAP R/3 and SAP Supplier Relationship Manager (SRM) systems.
This candidate will be responsible supporting all aspects of the Procurement and Accounts Payable functions and will interface with the business leadership team within the Procurement and Accounts Payable departments to develop Information Technologies (IT) tools that support their business vision.
Responsibilities include:
- Configuration of SAP R/3 and SAP SRM to meet the needs of the procurement business processes that they support.
- Manage project schedules and resources to implement world class procurement solutions leading to reduced product cost while increasing delivery performance.
- Partner with our customers to identify and implement high impact projects which will provide capabilities and benefits that help our company achieve its operational goals.
- Drive successful implementation of IT projects to achieve proposed benefits by utilizing organizational change management skills.
- Lead continuous improvement activities to investigate turnbacks, escapes and improve application performance, quality and reliability.
Experience Required:
- 4-6 Years SAP procurement / SAP SRM experience.
- 4-6 Years business experience in the Procure to Pay process.
The ideal candidate will have strong program management capability, a demonstrated ability to lead and manage complicated, large IT projects; a strong business aptitude - ability to learn, understand and interpret business processes; ability to act in partnership with the business and be recognized as a valued contributor to business results
May require candidate to hold or be capable of holding US government security clearances.
