Business Analyst - Manufacturing JDE
State College, PA
IT Business Analyst (Systems Analyst) - JDEdwards OneWorld / EnterpriseOne
Candidate will be working with users through this manufacturing facility to help them in customizing their applications.
Manufacturing experts who have worked in implementing an ERP System or has managed and implementation of an ERP System could fit this role very well. But the ERP System has to be JDEdwards OneWorld or Oracle’s EnterpriseOne or E1 product.
- Will work with users on the manufacturing plant floor
- Set up passwords/permissions
- Set up user groups/access
- Work with users (manufacturing managers, plant managers, plant engineers, etc.) in helping them to understands how the ERP System is going to benefit them
- Gather requirements, assess needs, prepare documentation for techies, etc.
- Work on creating new reports/forms to users specificationsThen implement those needs, and train the users on them
Candidate needs:
- 3+ years in a business analyst role support the manufacturing users
- 3+ years working with JDEdwards OneWorld / Oracle EnterpriseOne E1 ERP System
- Knowledge of application such as MRP, SFC, etc.
- Any experience with Distribution applications such as Inventory, supply chain, Sales Order, etc will be a plus.
- BS/MBA a plus
(client is not just looking for an IT Candidate - Someone who has been in one of the following or similar role would fit the positions: manufacturing manager, plant manager, materials manager who has been responsible for implementing JDE ERP system could be a very good fit for this position as well)
