Our client is a Multi-Billion Dollar Consumer Goods Manufacturing Company is looking for a Business Analyst to support financial applications on their JDEdwards OneWorld E1 ERP System for Philadelphia, PA.
Client is looking for a Financials superstar to come in and lead JDE /Oracle E1 financials. Candidate will be in meetings working with Power users/management in the design and set up of new distribution centers - Will take lead on how to get things done and do them
Candidates will ideally come from a manufacturing multi-plant environment. And MUST have a strong background in Accounting and Finance Applications. Client is currently running E1 8.x and plan on upgrading to 9.x down the road.
JDE E1 8.9 and higher experience a must
Preferred candidates come out of large consulting firms - JDE/Oracle - IBM, etc and have been lead on financials. Candidate must have a stable background with a progressive career track.
- Minimum of 7 years experience working within a J.D. Edwards OneWorld environment.
- High level knowledge in the functionality JDE Financials Modules
- Certifications in Project Management, training, CPA or other professional skill development areas is helpful
- Previous experience in the role of a Controller, Accounting Manager, Cost Accountant, Implementation Specialist, or similar role would be a huge benefit to someone within this position
- Ability to multi-task
- Candidate should have very good communication skills since there is much user interaction involved in these roles
- Assist with ERP systems upgrades
- Develop any new functional requirements for system enhancements
- Deliver reports required by the unit and perform data analysis as required
- Identify and diagnose problems affecting systems integrity and data accuracy, conduct routine testing and analysis.
- Serve as the primary application representative for the business on company’s cross company functions group calls
